Glendower House

Concertare formed a joint venture with TVE Group to support the building of Glendower House, a new student accommodation residence in Cardiff. Consisting of 90 studios, the property is ideally suited in the heart of the city centre, just a short walk from Cardiff University.

Having assessed the project, the Concertare team moved quickly to provide the funding and expertise that enabled the development to be completed on time and on budget, ready for student occupation in September 2017.

Glendower House has recently been sold to a private overseas investor.
